What is our promise to you?

We promise to run our business in a fair, ethical and honest way. Our goal is to make a positive contribution to our community and our planet.

We’re a small business with a big heart. We’ve developed great relationships with awesome like-minded partner organisations to bring you great products and have made every effort to ensure the high quality products that we provide are sourced ethically and as locally as possible.

We’re even giving 5% of all our profits to environmental charities.

What’s the delivery policy?

We know you want your Fantastic products as soon as possible so we aim get your parcel to you quickly.

Delivery costs £3 on all orders, free over £50.

We’ll make every effort to post your order the same day or the following day using Royal Mail (although this may not be possible at the weekends), and so should be with you within 2-3 working days (excl Sundays) after dispatch.

Alternatively, you can always collect your parcel for free from Chelmsford (CM2), just drop me a line to arrange it.

If you require your order sooner, please let us know and we’ll arrange a faster delivery for a small extra charge.

How are Fantastic products packaged?

Big box, little box…recycled cardboard box… yes, all our products will be sent to you in recycled cardboard boxes or envelopes. We re-use boxes that we’ve received where we can and all our packing tape is made of paper. If we need to secure your items with a filler we’ll use paper or card packaging so it can all be reused and recycled, and recycled tissue paper only.

We want you to be over the moon when you receive your FLP package. Whilst we use recycled materials you can rest assured that your package will look great whether you’re buying it for yourself or sending as a gift straight to the lucky recipient.

How can I return something?

We hope you love the FLP products as much as we do. But if there’s anything you’re unhappy with please drop me a line so we can help. If after that you decide you need to return something then just keep it in all of its packaging and pop a note in the order with your name, order number and why you’re returning it to

As soon as the item arrives in a re-saleable condition, we’ll issue a refund (excl shipping). We can’t take responsibility until they’re back with us so please send items tracked with proof of purchase for your own piece of mind.​
